The process at HomeWorks Interiors is simple and straightforward. First, schedule a consultation. During the initial visit we will review the project, take measures and discuss your needs. Next, we will determine the scope of work based on the information a in the initial consultation. We are typically able to send you the Scope of Work within five business days of the meeting with you. From there, we answer any questions and make any revisions needed to the design and create a proposal for the project. We typically can get this email to you within five business days of your approval of the scope of work. Then the fun part begins…. We will start ordering products and scheduling vendors for installation. You will receive weekly emails to keep you informed of the status of every detail of the project and we will be available to answer every question along the way.

Full Service Interior Design

Our preference as designers is to be brought on to the project as early in the process as possible. We love collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and builders to help you create the vision you have for your home. Whether your project is a new build, full or partial renovation, furnishing, or somewhere in between, our services include.

  • A detailed design questionnaire that helps us to understand the scope and needs of the project, as well as your specific design preferences.

  • A design plan including preliminary sketches, CAD drawings, elevations, and 3D renderings if needed,

  • A comprehensive material & finish selections for renovations.

  • Furniture, lighting, accessory selections for furnishings.

  • Detailed specification sheets to track all product costs and lead times.

  • Purchasing and procurement.

  • Project management and regular site visits to monitor design execution working in close collaboration with architects, contractors, and other tradespeople.

  • Installation and final touches.
